Repai Development Roadmap

To systematically realize the vision of the Repai project, we have established the following phased development roadmap

Foundation development and MVP launch (1-6M)

The first six months focus on developing the MVP and securing initial exchange listings. Alongside building core smart contracts and AI model prototypes, we'll aim for early listings on exchanges in the 3rd to 4th months.

Before MVP completion, this strategy uses the token economy and basic contracts to secure $1-2 million for development. With the whitepaper release, we'll build a 50,000-member community and reinvest listing proceeds into MVP and team expansion.

Develop core functionality and launch beta (7-12M)

Post-MVP, we enhance the product with secured funds. In month seven, release a beta and refine the HEF system and token economy using user feedback.

Expanding to Tier-2 exchanges will build on initial listings. Demonstrating the MVP's functionality aims to increase confidence and secure $3-5 million in funding.

Feature expansion (13-18M)

Utilizing high-quality products, we'll enter major exchanges. We'll enhance AI content analysis and integrate with Telegram, X, and Threads, targeting 100,000 daily active users.

We will leverage operational metrics and user growth to negotiate with exchanges like Bybit, OKX, Bithumb, and Bitflyer. Our goal is to secure $15-25 million in funding for global expansion.

Ecosystem expansion and feature advancement (19-24M)

We are expanding our ecosystem with multi-chain support, reputation NFTs, and mobile apps, aiming for 500,000 active users.

We will negotiate with top exchanges like Binance and Coinbase, providing liquidity to major DEXs. With proven product strength and a solid user base, we can secure favorable terms for premium listings.

Massive adoption and expansion into new areas (25-36M)

Secure global leadership through three years of proven operational performance. Leverage accumulated trading data, user growth metrics, and partnership achievements since initial exchange listings to attract institutional investors.

Our partnerships with Coinbase Custody, Binance Institutional, and Fortune 500 companies have facilitated regulatory-compliant exchange listings. With a market capitalization between $500 million and $1 billion, we have transitioned from initial listings on smaller exchanges to mainstream success.
